Closing of the Year

A good year draws to a close, and the next promises new and different challenges.

I'll be saving the last 120 miles of the AT in Southern Virginia for next year, when the weather is warmer and there are more fists to bump. For now, 95% will just have to be Good Enough.

The loose plan is to start a road trip to the west cost in late march, working and sleeping in the car along the way. There I can visit Dying, Wise, Savor, and some other old friends.

As a Christmas gift to my hikers I shared a song and video, one that I wrote during my solo leg in Pennsylvania and recorded at home. I'm very happy with how it came together, so now I share it with you.
